Our crew welcome you to our private lounge at Bankstown Airport (Sydney) before departing on this exciting Outback adventure.

Take in the aerial views from our private aircraft as we head west towards the bush town of Bourke. The town’s small bush airport was named in honour of Australia’s first aviatrix, Nancy Bird-Walton, who flew for the Far West Children’s scheme in Bourke.

Uncover stories of early exploration, the poets, bushrangers and Outback legends at the world class Back O’ Bourke Exhibition Centre. For the coffee lovers – this is your chance to grab a late morning caffeine hit at the cafe. Set amongst the native gardens of the river red gums on the banks of the Darling River, the Centre allows you to experience a journey through life in the back country.

Enjoy lunch at the popular local watering hole, The Northy Back 0′ Bourke Hotel. Enjoy flight and scenery from the comfort of our private plane as we sweep across the Outback to Queensland to touchdown at the iconic town of Birdsville.

Once we arrive at Birdsville; Then it is off to the Royal Flying Doctors Gala for the evening. The Gala provides a fantastic opportunity to dress up and experience outback hospitality in style. Live entertainment, special guests and an RFDS charity auction.

BIRDSVILLE RACES

Birdsville is located in outback Queensland, the township of Birdsville is around 1590km west of Brisbane. It sits on the border of the Simpson Desert and is 175km from Poeppel Corner – the point where Queensland, South Australia, and the Northern Territory meet.

We venture to the verandah of the famous pub is the perfect spot to enjoy a few pre race drinks and soak up the exciting atmosphere, before heading to the track. This the Melbourne Cup of The Outback!

Revel in fantastic entertainment, extraordinary fashion, including Fashions on The Field and premium hospitality with lunch in the main marquee. And of course there is world class horse racing.
