Our air safari begins in the comfort of the private lounge at Bankstown Aerodrome. We board our private plane and set course west – towards the Barossa Valley. Take in unique agricultural landscapes and vineyards.

We fly to Australia’s seafood capital, Port Lincoln, to explore this stunning port nestled on the shores of Boston Bay and learn about the city’s discovery and history. Sample the freshest seafood of the region and enjoy sundowners amongst the koalas at Mikkira Station.

We continue our tour with Australian Coastal Safaris, experiencing stunning Coffin Bay, home to a smorgasbord of seafood and world class oysters. Enjoy a cruise of the Bay and an oyster experience, followed by a coastal walk in Coffin Bay National Park, before indulging in a private masterclass dinner in the home of renowned chef, Kris Bunder.

This morning we fly across The Spencer Gulf to discover dramatic landscapes and abundant wildlife at our next superb destination, Kangaroo Island. Enjoy the scenery from the aircraft window as we fly over the privately owned Thistle Island and Wedge Island.

A day of discovery awaits as our private guide collects us after breakfast. We travel across the island to Seal Bay for a private tour walking among Australian sea-lions on a beautiful sandy beach – an experience similar to that of the Galapagos. Watch pups nursing or playing in the surf, see old bulls bearing the scars of territorial disputes and learn about their unique breeding biology.

This morning we farewell Kangaroo Island and head east to our next destination – Coonawarra. Enjoy the scenery as we fly along the coast of the Southern Ocean to Goolwa and head south. Keep a look out for the rolling vineyards and lush landscape as we make our way inland towards Coonawarra.

Enjoy breakfast at Coonawarra before we begin our journey homeward bound.  Enjoy the view as we fly across rich agricultural land before landing in the border town of Albury for a farewell lunch by the Murray River. Watch for beautiful sights such as Tumut and the Southern Highlands as we make our approach into Bankstown. We leave you here with memories to last a lifetime.
